Preparing for a Storm

• Ensure your insurance policy is current and hail ready. All recommended Landlord Insure products include cover for hail and storm related events including water damage
• You may have a higher deductible for named cyclones and other storm events. Speak with your local Landlord Insure intermediary to ensure this is not the case.
• Be prepared with clean bottled water, lighting, spare batteries and warm clothing

Loss Mitigation

• Check your roof and guttering to ensure it is sound and clear of debris
• Secure all lose objects including outdoor furniture, play equipment and gardening sheds
• Remove any tree branches that may be close to your property
